Can we store our extra luggage while we're out on safari?
Yes. Safari bush planes often have strict weight limits (usually around 15kg in soft-sided bags), so you can't take large international suitcases into the parks. You can securely store excess baggage and non-safari clothing at Starico Residence free of charge while you're away, and pick it up when you return to Arusha.
Do you offer flexible check-in for late flight arrivals?
Yes. International flights into Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) often land late in the evening. We offer flexible self-check-in and can coordinate arrival timing directly with you, so you can get to your loft and to sleep no matter when your flight lands.
Is the internet reliable enough to download maps and back up photos?
Yes. Every apartment has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection, reliable enough to upload photos and video to the cloud after a safari or download offline navigation maps before heading into areas with limited cellular coverage.
